概述：

 本机可以将任何彩色色标,人像照片,风景图案等烫印在帽子上,特别适用于广礼品,宣传画等.同时也可作为个性化礼品,兼艺术欣赏和实用性于一体.

使用说明

         注：为了安全起见，电源必需符合有保护接地线的单相3线电源

         提起操作手柄，使机器成张开状。在工作平台上放上要烫印的物体，测试压力是否合适，如不合适，需调节压力旋钮。(顺时针旋转旋钮为加大压力，逆时针旋转为减小压力)

         张开机器，取下待烫印物。(升温过程请不要将待烫印物放置在工作平台上，以免烤坏)

         打开电源开关，温控仪开始自检，约10秒后自检完成并进入工作状态，此时才可设置工作参数，(第一次使用请设置好所需：温度、时间，详见后附仪表面板时间与温度操作说明)

         设定好需要的温度、时间，机器开始升温加热(温度上升至200℃大约需要15分钟)

         待机器达到所需温度时，将需要转印的帽子平铺放置在工作台面上，再叠要转印的图片,压下操作手柄，机器开始自动计时，达到设定的时间后，机器发出警示音，提起操作手把，速取出帽子，撕去底纸，完成一次操作。

Usage

1.Place printing material on working table,get right pressure you need

2.take out material 

3.Turn on power,about 10 sec then you could set Controller to get right temp and time you need

4.Then the machine will heating up(200℃about 15 minutes)

5.After machine reach temp you set,then place cap on the working table flatly,place the photo you printing on cap,then press down the handle.When the machine reach the time you set,it will alarm,you could take out the cap and peel off the paper,then photo will transfer on the cap.

Attention

If the paper is cold peel,then you need to wait 15-20 sec and peel off paper.If it is hot peel,then you need to peel off paper at once after printing. (had better peel paper in diagonal line) 

Successful printing needs right time,temp and pressure,You need to test printing to get right time and temp first
